The Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation / Department of Scientific and Cultural Cooperation is informed of available training courses and scholarships offered by donors to the Jordanian government, then circulates them to governmental departments. On such basis, public servants are nominated; in coordination with the Civil Service Bureau, as well the relevant ministries and governmental departments

Conditions for obtaining service

  • Courses with duration of less than one month shall subject to the terms of the donor.
  • Courses and scholarships with duration more than one month shall be subject to the terms of the donor and the Civil Service Bureau".

Procedures

  • Information on available training courses and scholarships is circulated to relevant government departments.
  • The nomination letter and form and all required documents are received.
  • The nomination form and all documents are verified.
  • Donors are addressed for submission of required documents.
  • Relevant government departments are addressed to inform them of admitting their candidates, for the relevant departments to complete the procedures in this regard

Required Documents

  • Letter of nomination from the Civil Service Bureau / Ministry / Department approving the nomination.
  • The donor designated nomination form; duly filled out.
  • English Proficiency exam score.
  • Personal Photos.
  • Copy of passport.
  • Academic certificates (for scholarships).
